Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for store credit only.
You are only eligible for a store credit refund if the issue is raised within 5 days of originally making the purchase, if you raise the issue after the 5 days you will have no right to a store credit refund & the sale will be final.
When returning the unwanted goods you (the customer) will have to pay all shipping fees that have been involved in the transaction, which includes the original shipping fee to you for the original order & the return shipping fee.
In order for a return item to be accepted the item must be in the original wrapping & in new condition, if a item is not up to this standard we have the right to refuse the refund.
