Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Delivered to your door, kerbside. Not available to Scotland, Northern Ireland or the islands. All orders are dispatched from Copthorne, West Sussex.
How long does delivery take?
Local (within about 40 miles of Copthorne): We deliver it ourselves within 3–5 working days of your order. We'll message you to agree a day that suits you. Rest of England and Wales: Within 3–5 working days, delivered Monday to Friday. We'll message you with the delivery details once it's on its way. Parasols and small items: Usually 2 working days after dispatch by tracked courier.
Can I collect my order?
No. We are delivery only, so every order is delivered to your door.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your postcode and what you order. Within about 40 miles of Copthorne it's free on orders of £595 or more and £39 under that (central London is £40 on orders of £595 or more and £79 under that). Elsewhere in England and Wales it's £89 for benches, tables and smaller sets, £159 for 8 to 10 seat dining sets, £59 for a parasol on its own, and £9.95 for small items under £99. See our shipping policy for full details. For bulk orders, call us for a quote.
How will my delivery be arranged?
You'll get an order confirmation email, then an email when your order is dispatched. We'll message you to arrange delivery, so please make sure your phone number and email are correct at checkout.
What should I check before delivery?
Measure gates, side passages and doorways against the product dimensions on the product page. Tell us about steps, narrow lanes or restricted parking when you order, have someone to help with larger sets, and make sure someone is in on the agreed day.
Assembly
Will my furniture need assembling?
It depends on the item. The Lutyens bench arrives fully assembled. The Wentworth 4 seater set and the folding coffee table simply fold open. Dining tables need their legs attaching. For any other item, check the product page or ask us before ordering.
How do the extending tables work?
The extending section folds neatly inside the table. Single leaf tables, such as the Ascot, have two sizes. Double leaf tables, such as the Classic and Dartmouth, have three.
Care
Can teak stay outside all year?
Yes. Solid plantation teak can stay outside year-round. Our guide to storing teak garden furniture in winter explains how to look after it in the colder months.
Why is my teak turning silver?
Teak naturally weathers to a soft silver-grey over time. This is normal. If you prefer the golden colour, our teak care and oiling guide explains how to keep it.
Returns
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please check your delivery before the driver leaves. Note any damage on the driver's paperwork or device rather than signing for it as in good condition, take clear photos of the damage and packaging there and then, and contact us the same day on 07585 007242 or at info@jwsleisure.co.uk with your order number and the photos. If you can't check everything while the driver is there, write "unchecked" on the paperwork.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery: tell us by email or phone within that time. For a full refund, items must come back unassembled (legs and fittings not attached), unused and well packed; we deduct for any loss in value if they don't. On a change of mind the cost of returning the goods is yours, whether you arrange it or we arrange collection. Faulty items are covered by your legal rights. Full details are in our refund policy.
